Founded in 2019, Ahrel & Co help ambitious founders and business leaders achieve their growth agenda by bringing vision and strategy to life. We thrive on creative problem solving, and work with high growth ventures and tech brands to take a new approach to business planning; a more creative and inspiring way, while developing a common picture and strategic direction quickly.

About Sophia

Sophia, a portfolio CMO and marketing strategist with career long experience in technology marketing and a track record in helping PE and VC backed portfolio companies fulfil their global potential. She has worked to build and change the shape of some of the world’s most known technology brands.

A creative problem solver and commercially driven strategist who knows how to achieve growth and value creation by developing and aligning marketing strategy with financial growth targets and business objectives.

For her past 25 years' global career, Sophia has worked and supported over 100+ high growth & scale-ups and some of the world's most high-potential inspiring tech startups and brands in London, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm & Amsterdam. An active business angel in Europe and North America, Sophia holds a BA in Economics & English from University of Stockholm.
